Jacqueline T.D. Huynh, Founder
Born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in Orange County, California, Jacqueline is the firstborn of five girls. Her family arrived in the United States in 1975 as refugees with only the clothes on their back, the hope of an American dream and their commitment to succeed.
She is an author, speaker, and consultant on the topic of Family Leadership, Leadership Development, and Emotional Intelligence. Her book, “Your Amazing Itty Bitty Book on Family Leadership: 15 Simple Tips Successful Companies Use That Families Can Implement At Home” is an Amazon #1 Bestseller. She is certified in Leadership Development, master in NLP and a unique program that integrates music and art to release pain, negative emotions, and trauma. She is also a co-host for a new radio show called “Parent Pump Radio”. A show about conscious and positive family and parenting that will connect parents with their children in all dimensions…mind, body, and spirit.
She brings over 30 years of corporate and business world experience and integrates her coaching with her knowledge and life skills. Her clients have included businesses in the manufacturing, aerospace, legal industry, and family & children services. She has been appointed as a council member of the Prevention Community Council by the Redondo Beach Youth Commissioner and has spearhead community support and involvement in the passing of alcohol and drug-related Proclamations and Ordinances. She works with parents who are business owners to develop skills to become successful leaders in order to:
- Align themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
- Create a harmonious, healthy, and happy family environment.
- Leave a lasting legacy.
She helps her clients get connected to the Whole self (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) in order to release negative emotions/limiting beliefs, make conscious decisions, create a work/life balance, which results in real positive sustainable results. Her strength in communication, time management, leadership and strategic thinking have ignited her clients into taking action in their own lives.
She specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation and culture, dynamic communication, employee/family engagement, strategic thinking and time management.
She found her inspiration, passion, and purpose as a leadership coach after the suicide of her sister and her decision to leave her marriage because she wanted to make a difference and to leave a legacy. As she developed the skills and talents of a great leader she stepped out of her fear, insecurities, and self-doubt and became an instrumental role model for her children, clients, and community.
She is dedicated to sharing, helping and inspiring everyone that anything is possible if you dream it, believe it and do it!!!
Dan Nance, Associate
Dan is a certified executive and leadership coach and performance consultant whose passion is helping leaders and organizations accomplish goals previously thought to be beyond reach. He specializes in leadership development and employee engagement for the diverse 21st-century workplace.
Prior to coaching, Dan spent over 20 years working for top global advertising communications firms, including over 12 years at the CEO level in the U.S. and internationally. He advised Fortune 500 clients across virtually all categories including Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Nestle, General Motors, U.S. Army, The Home Depot, Miller/Coors, and Microsoft.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a certification in executive and leadership coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Gretchen Downey, Associate
Gretchen is a Children & Adult Health Innovation and Program Prevention Specialist, Conscious Parenting & Purpose Expert, Best-Selling Author of “Your Amazing Itty Bitty Parenting Teens Book – 15 Powerful Strategies for Understanding How Your Teen Thinks”, Public Speaker, CEO of Mind Body Spirit Parenting and founder of www.TheKidWhisper.com.
As a 25-year veteran in the areas of applied neuroscience, behavioral nutrition, substance abuse, eating disorders, physiology, youth and adult physical/emotional/social health and conscious parenting, Gretchen creates a multifaceted holistic approach to affect change in paradigms for children, teens and adults by teaching people how to utilize their human technologies of mind, body and spirit to improve every aspect of life, health and the human experience.
Gretchen has spoken locally and nationally on children and adult health topics. Her programs have been featured in the LA Times, Parent Magazine, on Los Angeles area news channels, CNN Health, Blue Zones Project, IDEA and her school health initiatives have received national recognition from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation.
Noa Schecter, Associate
Noa has spent most of her life helping others, both personally and professionally. As a certified iPEC Coach and NLP Master Practitioner Noa coaches and mentors adolescents, teens, and adults. She helps them find the solutions they need to live a more prosperous life. Noa has been living in the Los Angeles area for the last twenty years, where she currently teaches foreign language at a local private high school.
Along with teaching languages, Noa runs a Leadership and Business Ethics program where the students attain leadership, communications, and social skills. Students use the skills learned throughout the rest of their careers while obtaining the confidence to reach their goals and to be successful in many aspects of life. Noa also works with a group of students in her Advisory class to develop critical thinking and communication skills. ”Change your thoughts, change your life” is her motto. She strongly believes in “Empowering human relationships through communications.
Jeri Wilson, Associate
Jeri Wilson’s passion is leadership development, personal mastery, organizational transformation and change, sales training, and providing extraordinary support to customers.
She brings 25 years’ experience in customer relations, sales, leadership development, team building, communications and sales training. Jeri’s gift is her ability to connect with the organizations and communities we serve. Jeri served as manager of Advanced Programs for PSI Seminars, an organization that provides breakthrough educational programs in leadership and personal mastery.
